We all strive hard to be successful in life. We work hard, we study hard, we often make sacrifices just to reach our goal… yung iba nga nag aabroad para lumaki ang kita at matupad ang kanilang mga pangarap…kahit mangulila, kahit mag isa…kahit mawalay sa mga mahal sa buhay..basta ang mahalaga, matupad ang pangarap…pangarap na makaahon sa hirap….
Kung ating titignan, bata pala tayo yan na ang gusto ng ating mga magulang…ang maging matagumpay ang kanilang mga anak…Most of the parents if not all, works very hard para maitaguyod ang kanilang pamilya at syempre para mapaaral ang kanilang mga anak…this is the reality of life that the younger generation or the children often misses..ang alin? The fact that their parents wants them to succeed in life…
Often when our parents tell us something to do, they want us to do it not for the sake of just following them..they want us to do it because they love us and they want us to succeed..Teka…magulo ba English ko? Ganito po yun..pag sinabi ng tatay natin na mag aral tayo mabuti…it’s because they want us to finish our studies and have a good education..hindi nila pinapagawa yun para sa kanilang kapakanan…para sa atin yun…I remember my mom told me to eat vegetables…why? It’s because she wants me to be healthy. Kaso ang masakit we tend to disobey…kala kasi natin sinasabi nila yun para sa kapakanan nila..ayun, at the end sino nag suffer? Tayo…sino ang hindi nakatapos? Kasi imbes mag aral..ayun nag bulakbol….di tuloy nakatapos…when they told us to eat veggies,…ang kinain natin junk foods…ayun tuloy nagkasakit kasi kulang sa vitamins…There are a lot of things that our parents told us before when we are young….kaso nga sometimes we disobey…at syempre ang consequences…nahihirapan tayo sa buhay…yet sometimes we fail…
Sabi sa Ephesians 6:1-3 “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” – Ang linaw po, Lets obey our parents and honor them..Bakit? so that we will go well and enjoy long life on earth….Mga kapatid…this is just a reminder that if we want to succeed in life and be blessed..Lets obey our parents…..
Lastly…if the bible says to obey our earthly parents..mas lalo pong dapat sundin din natin ang ating Heavenly Father…kung yung ating earthly parents wants us to succeed…mas tama po sigurong sabihin na lalo na ang ating Ama sa Langit…I’m sure..He wants to bless and prosper us…but first we should OBEY… Kaya pag sinabi ni Lord na unahin natin siya at sundin…ang ibig lang pong sabihin nun ay..pagpapala….dahil sabi nya sa Matthew 6:33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” ---Sabi ni Lord…unahin nya at siya ang bahala sa atin…Because God’s plan for us is to prosper us, not to harm us but a plan to give us a good hope and a future…Amen…
