On the first part we discussed how to get out of debt, mahirap naman kasi magkaruon ng financial breakthrough pag may mga bayarin ka. Although may mga tao na ginagamit tungtungan ang kanilang utang or pag hihirap sa pag asenso. While others use debt as a way to get rich. We will discuss it further sa part 3. Today we will discuss the ways to bring in the cash flow.

a) WORKING – The most common way to bring in the cash flow is to work. Majority of people I know is included in this class. Advantage of working for a company is having a salary at the end of the month. Sabi nga mag trabaho ka lang, may pera ka na. Pag ginalingan mo pa, maari ka pang ma promote at lumaki ang sahod mo. Another advantage of working is minsan may other benefits pa ang company na binibigay gaya ng 13th month pay, bonus, incentive, etc. although it depends pa din sa company. Disadvantage naman of working is sometimes no work no pay. Pag di pumasok, walang sahod. Sabi nga bawal mag kasakit kasi walang income. Kasi sa mga working class, they trade their time for money kaya the moment they stop or pause sa pag ta trabaho, money also pauses or stop.

b) PROVIDE SERVICES - Another way of bring in cash flow is by providing services. Dito pumapasok yung mga professionals gaya ng doctor, lawyer, architect atbp. In this class, mas malaki ang chances yumaman kasi if your good at something ikaw ang hahanapin ng mga client mo. At pag magaling ka, pwede kang maningil ng mas malaki kasi proven and tested na ang serbisyong binibigay mo. Pag service provider ka dapat you always find new ways to upgrade your services and skills para mas ma satisfy ang mga clients mo. Learn new things ika nga. Don’t just stick to the tradional dahil laging may bago lalo na at IT related ang services na ini offer mo.
As a service provider mas mabilis ang pag kakaruon ng financial stability compare to the working class.

c) ENTREPRENEURSHIP – Para sa akin this is the best class na pwede mong pasukin if you want to attain financial freedom. Pag entrepreneur ka, you can dictate magkano gusto mong kitahin. Hawak mo ang oras mo at syempre ikaw ang boss. Yung nga lang marami ding risk ang isang negosyante. Dito kasi pwede kang malugi. There are two types of entrepreneur namely:

• Traditional entrepreneur – ito yun namumuhunan ng pera, oras, pagod at idea. Sila yung mga nag re rent ng lugar para magkaruon ng tindahan or opisina. Pag traditional entrepreneur ka dapat maganda yung product mo, fresh yung idea, magaling yung service or masarap ang luto mo para magkaruon ka ng maraming customer. 

• Online Entrepreneur – This is the need breed of businessmen. They take advantage of the technology. Sabi nga ni Bill Gates ang founder ng Microsoft; “If your business is not on the internet then your business will be out of business”

You can even be an online entrepreneur now by doing online marketing, affiliate marketing at online selling. Mag post ka lang mga items na gusto mo ibenta, maari ka ng kumita. Maraming pang ibang way para kumita sa internet you just have to search according sa niche na gusto mong pasukin. For me this is one of the best way to attain financial freedom. 

d) DIRECT SELLING – Another income stream to generate cash flow is through direct selling. Almost anything naman ngayon ay pwede mong ibenta. Pwedeng 2nd hand items, pwedeng ukay ukay, pwedeng brand new, pwede ding gumawa ka ng bagong item from raw material like bracelets or bling blings. Pwede ding mag luto or mag bake ka. Kung sa tingin mo ito ay masarap, pwede mo na itong ibenta. Pati yung mga bagay sa bahay nyo na di na ginagamit gaya ng mga lumang damit ay pwedeng ibenta. Pwede ka mag garage sale or just post this items sa social media at magugulat ka pwede itong maging pera. Turn those unwanted stuff into cash. Luminis na bahay nyo, kumita ka pa.

HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL OFW

Marami sa ating mga Filipino ang gustong mag abroad at maging isang Overseas Filipino Worker. Reasons such as, kasi sa abroad kahit may edad ka na pwede ka pa mag work. Mas maraming opportunities at higit sa lahat mas malaki ang kita. Sabi nga dollar ang sahod mo. Pero nakaparami ring sakripisyo ng pagiging isang OFW. Isa rito ang matinding kalungkutan or homesickness. Minsan namamaltrato pa ang ating mga kababayan. Mahirap din magkasakit kasi mag isa ka lang although minsan meron ka naman health insurance. Minsan, nag sisiksikan sa isang maliit na kwarto dahil napaka mahal ng upa ng tirahan. Eto yung tinatawag na bedspace. Na dati sa bahay mo sa Pinas, hindi ka sanay matulog na may ibang tao sa silid mo samantalang pag OFW ka, kurtina lang ang pagitan mo sa tulugan at kasama mo sa room ang mga taong hindi mo naman kilala. At pag gabi..chorus pa mag hilikan..hehehe
Pero hindi yan ang pag usapan natin today, ang pag uusapan ay how to become a successful OFW.

1. YOU MUST HAVE A PURPOSE - Una sa lahat dapat alam mo bakit gusto mo maging OFW. Gusto mong makatulong sa family, or gusto mo maka pundar ng property or business, or gusto mo mabigyan ng magandang kinabukasan ang mga anak mo. Or simply wala kang choice dahil kailangan mo ng malaking income to sustain your family. When you reach abroad and working, keep your purpose in mind all the time. Kaya ka andyan is for that purpose. Yan ang ang goal mo and do not deviate from it. Kung may pamilya ka sa Pinas, wag kang mag simula na naman ng bagong pamilya sa abroad. Believe me it would complicate your life. So una, dapat para maging successful, focus sa goal mo. Isipin mo ang dahilan bakit ka andyan.

2. SEEK GOD'S GUIDANCE - Sabi sa Bible, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight" - Dapat before anything else, seek God's guidance. Kasi hindi natin magagawa ng successful ang isang bagay labas sa kapangyarihan ng Diyos. Now if you are already abroad, I suggest that you look for a Christian church and be a part of a ministry. Being in a community of Christ believers, strenghten you to overcome most of problems and temptations kasi nagiging sila na muna yung family mo while working outside of the country. Nagpapalakasan kayo as you study the Word of God. Sama sama din kayong nag worship at nag pray. But let God be the center of your life not anyone else.

3. WORK FOR THE LORD - Sabi ng Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters," When you are performing your job, be the best that you can be. Kasi dapat pag nag ta trabaho tayo, we should always think of our work as a blessing from God and He is our boss. So everytime you perform your job, be joyful, be thankful, be persistent, and be glad kasi you are working for God. Kaya always give your best. Be also a good worker and residence of that country, obey their law at wag maging pasaway.

4. SAVE AND INVEST - Pag nasa abroad madaling bilin ang ibat ibang gadget, marami ring sale, madaling kumain sa mga fastfood at kahit fine dine restaurant, madaling bumili ng mga signature brands of clothes and apparel, KAYA KAPATID, DAPAT MAY SELF CONTROL SA PAG GASTOS. Always think of your purpose bakit ka andyan. wag bili ng bili. Wag maging impulse buyer kasi pag bigla ka nawalan ng work, lahat ng naipundar mo baka maibenta mo lang ng palugi. If I may suggest, follow the rule of 10/10/10/70 of your income where as 10 percent goes to tithes (para kay Lord yan), 10 percent goes to savings for emergency, 10 percent goes to investment (anything that would bring in money like stocks, bonds or business. Have another income stream) and lastly yung 70 percent goes to remittance and your daily living expense.

5. PREPARE FOR THE RAINY DAYS - Minsan kasi we forget that pwede tayong mawalan ng work anytime or yung iba nakaka limutan na uuwi sila. Ang masaklap minsan natapos ang contract walang naipon. Suggestion ko, dun sa 10 and 10 percent of your income na nabanggit sa taas be strict to follow it kasi yun yung ticket mo pag uuwi ka or pag nawalan ka ng work. Maganda kung may savings ka at may naipundar kang business para pag uwi mo. Atleast hindi ka mag sisimula sa wala.

In these series we will discuss paano ba magkaruon ng financial breakthrough. Paano yumaman....Pero actually ang totoong mayaman ay yung mga taong kumikita kahit tulog...Marami kasi sa atin malaki lang ang sahod, or malaki ang income pero the moment they stop working or iba na ang nag ma manage ng negosyo nila na hindi na kasing galing nila...nawawala na yung malaking income..ayun lahat ng naipundar nila..nabebenta na nila at naghihirap na.,...bakit? Kasi they are only trading their time for money...so the moment they don't work....nawawala na yung income....Real financial breakthrough is letting your money work for you...Opo...pwede po yun....ang tawag dun ay passive income...kumikita kahit tulog...at yun po ang pag uusapan natin sa series na ito...

This series has 4 parts...Eto po muna yung part 1.

Part 1 - GETTING OUT OF BAD DEBT

The first part is getting out of debt..Eliminate the bad debts....Bad debts are basically debts that brings out money...yun bang nangutang ka to buy gadgets, bahay at lupa, kotse...etc..basta nangutang ka tapos binabayaran mo din buwan buwan na wala namang pumasok na income sa mga bagay na binili mo bad debt ang tawag dyan...ang tanong pano ka lalabas dyan? Madali lang....Let's ask God na tulungan tayo..so 1st step...praying and accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. yan po ang una...dahil once you accept Him sabi nya sa Bible.."I will never leave you nor forsake you" kasi "He is the Way, the Truth and the Life" The real abundance in life begins by accepting Jesus kasi He will guide us on our journey in life...kung handa ka let's pray "Heavenly Father thank you for the gift of  eternal life, Father forgive me in all my sin as I forgive those sinned against me. Lord Jesus I open my heart and life to you, please come into my life and take control and be my Lord and Saviour...Amen!"

If you whole heartedly pray these prayer...true riches and abundance flows to your life already...kasi if you have Jesus in your life..pinagpala ka na...

Now..when you accepted Jesus, 2nd step is...you have to read the BIBLE...yes po...para makalaya sa utang..gabay ni Kristo ang kailangan....reading the BIBLE guides you in everything you do...kaya if you want to get out of bad debt...Let's ask guidance by reading the Word of God...

3rd step is to write down all your bad debts..dapat alam mo ano ano at magkano ang utang mo...kung may mga loans at credit card mas maganda alam mo pati magkano ang interes..Kailangan malaman mo asan ka sa financials mo or alam mo status mo...kahit sobrang laki ng utang..dapat alam mo kasi di ka makaka usad pag di mo alam san ka mag sisimula.

Lastly how to get out of debt...kailangan give back your tithes...tama po...give the 10 percent of your income to God...kasi pag di mo inalis yang 10% na yan...may sumpa ang income mo....pati yung 90% mo di mo magagamit ng maayos...so lastly..give back the tithes to God...

HOW TO HANDLE LIFE'S CHALLENGES

Araw araw laging may pagsubok, araw may struggle, araw may challenges. Wala sigurong exempted dyan. Bata, matanda, estudyante, empleyado, negosyante, single, may asawa, pati byudo o byuda..meron at merong challenge na pinag dadaanan....mas lalo na kung ikaw ay Kristyano...lagi may pagsubok...ang tanong lang naman e kung pano mo i handle ang pagsubok na yan...at yan ang pag aaralan natin ngaun...How to handle lifes challenges...

1. BE YOURSELF - In handling challenges, una sa lahat dapat alam mo kung sino ka..at wag na wag ka mag kukunwari...sabi nga nung commercial..magpaka totoo ka....mahirap kasing harapin ang isang bagay na di mo alam sino ka...parang gusto mo pumunta sa isang lugar na di mo alam asan ka...before you set a goal, before you set yourself on a journey, before you can succesfully handle a challenge you should know first who are you..kasi pag alam mo sino ka, kahit ano kaya mong gawin, higit sa lahat dapat alam mo kanino ka nakakapit...mas madali mo ma overcome ang lahat ng challenge sa buhay...Lalo na kung kay Kristo ka nakakapit...sigurado panalo ka ano mang pagsubok ang lumapit....

2. READ THE BIBLE -  “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Kung kumakain ang ating pisikal na katawan, mas lalong dapat na pinapakain din natin ang ating spiritual na katawan. Take note that what ever we feed ourselves becomes a part of us...Ngaun kung puro telenobela, hugot, at wordly things..guess what will happen to you pag may pagsubok ka? Let's imagine may problema ka; sabi ng mundo...maglasing, mag happy happy, mag good time..oo sa ilang oras nakalimutan mo pero pagkatapos ng saya...balik ka sa problema...samantalang sabi sa Bible....Cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you...O di ba ang sarap...dumaan man ang araw araw mo..alam mo may kasama ka...alam mong kakapitan ba...alam mo na hindi ka nya iiwan at papabayaan man...at ang maganda sa nagtitiwala kay Kristo..kahit nasaan ka..kaya ka niyang abutin...."Balon mang malalim ang kinalalagyan mo; Kaya kang sagipin ni Kristo"

3. ASK GOD -  "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" Pag may pinagdadaanan PRAY! Ask God by praying...sino pa ba tatakbuhan mo kundi si Kristo na  nanamatay para sayo....ang maganda kasi sa ating Diyos....He Answers us..at siyempre pag si Lord and sumagot sigurado ka na tama ang sagot...ang linaw ng sabi ng scripture...Humingi at ikaw ay pag bibigyan...humanap at iyong matatagpuan..kumatok at ikaw ay pag bubuksan...dahil sabi ni Lord.."I will never leave you nor forsake you" Kayat kung may challenges...Ask God in prayer...tuhurin mo na yang challenges at problems na yan...iluhod mo na kay Lord...

4. VICTORY IN JESUS - Eto ang maganda, kay Kristo tagumpay ka na....while it is spiritual but remember this; knowing you are victoriuos makes your outlook in life becomes positive and in turn makes you victoriuos in the physical world. Every action begins with thought. Iniisip muna ang isang kilos, sinasabi, action, plano...at ang isang pag iisip na tagumpay kay Kristo ay nakaka siguro ng isang tagumpay na kilos at desisyon...sabi nga pag inisip mong tagumpay ka dahil kay Kristo...kagalakan ang kasunod....kayat sa bawat kilos at gawa mo....makaka siguro kang tagumpay ka na dahil ang Diyos na kasama mo ay Diyos na nagwagi na,,,,Jesus overcomes the world already when He died and rose again...death cannot contain Him as He is LIFE itself...kaya't ang sabi nya...I have come to give us an abundant life! An abundant life in Christ. A victorious life in Christ!

5. ENTRUST EVERYTHING TO GOD - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him,  and he will make your paths straight" Lastly; in handling life's challenges you should entrust everything to God...Magtiwala tayo sa Diyos...ang maganda kasi kay Lord..alam nya ang bukas...and surrendering everything to Him ensures us that He will direct our path to victory...Yes sometimes parang mali, or parang lalo lumala ang sitwasyon pero tandaan mo sa dulo panalo ka pa din dahil kay Kristo nasa puso mo...Trust God as He knows BEST.

In Summary; when handling life's challeges we should be "BRAVE" dapat matapang tayo kasi alam natin na ang kasama natin sa buhay ay ang Kristong buhay..ang Diyos na namatay at nabuhay para sa ating kaligtasan...dapat matapang tayo kasi ang kalaban ayaw tayo mag tagumpay..but God assures us of victory once Jesus is the center of our life as He will never leave us nor forsake us...Sabi nga nung commercial...FACE YOUR FEAR, LIVE YOUR DREAMS....WITH CHRIST BY YOUR SIDE...God bless

HOW TO CHOOSE CORRECTLY

Sa araw araw nating pamumuhay hindi pwede na hindi tayo mamimili or mag dedecide. Hindi pwede na para lang tayong sumasabay sa agos ng buhay. Hindi pwedeng bahala na. Most of the time we are compelled to make decisions whether small or big. Laging kailangang mag desisyon.

Kaso ang mahirap sa desisyon hindi mo alam kung magiging maayos lagi. Minsan kasi akala natin tama ung desisyon natin pero sa pag lipas ng mga araw malalaman natin na nagkamali tayo. Sabi nga "We can choose want we want but we cannot choose the consequenses" Sometimes wrong choice or decision can badly hurt us, physically, financially or materially kaya today we will learn how to choose correctly.

GLORIFY GOD - Sabi sa 1st Corinthians 10:31 "whether we eat or drink we do it for the Glory of God" it means that when we are making choices, we will ask ourselves first if this desicion will bring Glory to God. Tanungin natin ang sarili natin...mapupuri ba si Lord dito sa gagawin ko? Upon asking that question we can conclude kung tama ba or mali ang gagawin natin.

OBEYING GOD - "Blessed are those who hear the Word of God and Obeys it" - Luke 11:28: Pangalawang dapat natin i consider when we consider is that are we Obeying God's Word when we are doing choices and decision. Sabi nga "Nasusulat ba yan?" Almost all problems that we can encounter in this life are already written in the Bible. Maaring hindi parehong pareho but the principles in the Bible are timeless and we can use in making our daily decisions.

DIRECTING OTHERS TO GOD - Sabi ni Lord Jesus bago siya umakyat sa langit "make disciples of all nations" kaya another step in making a correct decision is that "will it direct others to Jesus?" Especially Christians, sabi nga we are ambassadors of Christ at dapat in everything we do it must direct others to Christ. Sabi nga even the smallest decision matters as people around us are constanly looks in every choices we make. 

LOVING GOD - In every choice we are making, in every thing that we do, it should show the love of God. We Christians should reflect God's love to others. Sabi nga this is how the people around should see us. Are we loving God? Are we loving the people around us? Are we loving our brethren? Pagmamahal ang dapat nakikita sa atin sapagkat ang Diyos na sinasamba natin ay Diyos ng pagmamahal. We should not only love the lovable people but ALL people. In this way, they would see the loving God that we serve and Worship.

YIELDING GOOD FRUIT - In every decision we make, we should make sure that we are going to yield good fruit. Christians are to yield good fruits. In other word, we should make choices and decisons that will eventually bear good outcome. Ika nga, para kay Christ ang lahat ng ginagawa natin at kung para kay Kristo ito..rest assured that it will bear good fruit..fruit that will last.

How can we make correct decision? Secret is that all choices and decision we make we should ask ourselves ...IS IT GODLY? Remember if we choose Godly decisions....hindi tayo magkakamali. sa Tagalog " pag gumawa ka nga tama; hindi ka magkakamali"

Naalala mo ba yung commercial na..sinasabi na “wala akong tibay na maasahan sa yo”? Salamat Spartan sandals….
Pag alam mo yan, alam mo din ang That’s Entertainment, Airwolf, Knight Rider, Blue Thunder at ang Bazooka Joe Magic circle club or ang Goya Fun factory…hehhehe..dekada 80 yan..
Pero teka wala dyan ang pag uusapan natin kundi sa tsinelas..ang layo no…
Bago pa man nagkaruon ng Havaianas, Ipanema at Islander andyan na ang Spartan..Mura na matibay pa..minsan ang mga ganitong  bagay ay di natin pinapansin kasi madaling mabili..kaya minsan nakakalimutan na natin ang halaga ng tsinelas. Subukan mo kayang mag lakad ng walang panyapak? Lalo na dito sa Dubai..naku ewan ko lang kung di ka umaray ng umaray…lalo na kung kakagaling mo lang sa foot spa..super linis at super nipis na ang talampakan mo, tapos mag lakad ka..baka kahit isang butil lang ng buhangin maramdaman mo na ang pag sayad sa talampakan mo..ang sakit ano..lalakad ka pa kaya ng kay layo layo..siguro mag mamaka awa ka para maka pag suot ka lang ng tsinelas..Yan ang tsinelas, it protects our sole sa mga dumi, roughness of the road, heat, at kung ano anong bagay na nasa dadaanan natin..parang wala lang kahit andyan kasi sanay na tayo andyan itopero subukan mong mawalan..sasabihin mo asan ka tsinelas ko…
Sa buhay ng tao marami tayong bagay na meron, meron tayong good health, mga kaibigan, kamag anak, meron tayong trabaho, meron tayong bahay na natutulugan at higit sa lahat meron tayong Diyos na masasandigan at matatawag sa oras ng kagipitan..ang tanong ko lang..do we acknowledge this things in our life? Nag papasalamat ba tayo at meron tayong work, meron tayong kapatid, kaibigan, natutulugan at Diyos? Or napapansin lang natin pag wala na sila? Sa ganang akin, let us thank God for these things that we have, may work ka, may kaibigan ka, may family at kung ano ano pa na meron ka..tumingin ka lang sa paligid mo at masasabi mo na Lord salamat meron pala ako nito…Lalong lalo na mag pasalamat ka kasi God is always there for you..”He will never leave you nor forsake you” kasi sabi nya yun..ang plans pa nga nya sa yo “is to prosper you and not to harm you”…ano pang hahanapin mo…kaya kapatid..sa oras na ito bilangin mo ang mga bagay mo na meron ka wag mong hanapin ang bagay na wala ka..at higit sa lahat pasalamatan mo si God sa bagay na ito..Biro mo you came into this world na hubad, pero sa sobrang love tayo ni God, He is really faithful and true kasi “He supplies all our needs”..
Kapatid, next time na mag lalakad ka, thank God sa tsinelas and thank Him also for loving you….

WORLD'S BEST DAD

Since malapit na ang Father's Day at marami ka na naman makikitang Tshirt or mga greeting card na nakasulat na "World's best Dad","Number 1 Dad", "Awesome Dad", "Best Father" at kung ano ano pang title to describe our father. Pero ano nga ba ang mga katangian ng isang mabuting ama.

If you would make a survey about this question, eto ang mga sagot...Best Dad daw ay: Mabait, good provider, leader, a friend, Godly, may takot sa Diyos, maunawain, etc. Today I will highlight some characters na meron dapat ang isang ama in the light of Bible passage.

He must be Godly - A Father should be God fearing and obedient to God's commandment..Una sa lahat dapat ang isang ama ay Maka Diyos. NO FATHER can lead a home without being led by GOD FIRST! Pag wala ang Diyos sa puso ng isang ama, kahit anong galing pa nya...sasablay at sasablay yan kasi ang tunay at tamang direction ay sa Diyos nagmumula. A father must lead his house hold to Jesus, dapat si tatay ang nag initiate ng mga bagay na tungkol sa Diyos like praying, going to church, studying the Word of God, giving etc. Bilang haligi ng tahanan, his first and foremost obligation is leading his family to God as God should come first lalong lalo na sa isang tahanan. Tandaan, "Ang tatay na may takot sa Diyos; kayang harapin ang lahat ng unos"

He must be a Good provider - Sa panahon ngayon na tumutulong ang asawang babae sa pag ta trabaho, but father's should not forget that it is their obligation to provide. Sabi sa Bibliya "man should work". I am not against house husband dahil meron talagang scenario na mas malaki ang kita ng nanay at si tatay ang nasa bahay but this should not exempt fathers to provide their family. Let say the mothers are the one working for their daily needs pero si tatay pa din dapat ang nag lead ng kanilang tahanan. Providing is not only finances, it can be providing direction, providing leadership, providing guidance, providing inspiration, providing love, providing a strong shoulder to lean on. Kaya nga malaki ang balikat ng tatay to provide support to his family emotionally, spiritually and financially.

He must be Loving - Ang tunay na tatay mapagmahal. Mahal niya ang Diyos at sa pagmamahal niya sa Diyos, mahal niyang lubos ang kanyang asawa at anak. A real father loves God and because of this, he will love his wife and children. Sabi nga sa Bible, a man and a woman becomes one in marriage because of love. At dahil action word ang love....this love should emulate in his living.Real loves provides, leads, cultivate, trust, respects, cares and often sacrifice. Sabi ng isang talata; A husband must loves his wife as Christ love the church. Pano ba nagmahal ang Panginoong Hesus sa Iglesia? Binigay nya ang kanyang buhay para maligtas ang Iglesia. Now a father should died to his old habits kasi pag may asawa na at pamilya na, his first and foremost obligation is leading and loving his family hindi na ang barkada niya.

Ang totoong pagmamahal ng isang ama ay galing sa Diyos at kung yan ay galing sa Diyos, dapat ang tatay ay tapat sa kanyang asawa at mga anak. A real loving father is pure to his heart, ika nga walang tinatago and should respect and honor his wife dahil ang amang mapagmahal, may takot sa Diyos na Banal" 

He must lead his household - Sabi sa Ephesians 5:22 "wives, follow the lead of your husband as you follow the Lord"..This verse says na ang tatay ang leader ng tahanan pero bakit nga ba ang nanay ang madalas nag dadala ng tahanan? I mean sila yung central part ng isang tahanan. I don't have any objections on this kasi moms takes a good role in coordinating household affairs but the Bible says that the Father should lead. Siguro dahil nuong una pa man ang tatay ang laging nasa labas at nag tatrabaho at ang nanay ang naiiwan sa bahay kaya ang responsibidad ay nasa kanya na pero it doesn't exempt the father to lead. Leading means not coordinating but leading by example. A Father should be with his wife in running their household, kaya nga isa sila e. It means a father should also do household chores, take turns in teaching the kids, budgeting the finances with his wife, planning for their future, being a friend to his kids and especially to his wife. Giving quality time to his wife and children is a must. Dapat alam din ni tatay ang lahat ng nangyayari sa kanyang tahanan. Kung si tatay ay walang tinatago kay nanay, dapat wala ding natatago sa kanya tungkol sa kanyang tahanan. Everything should be transparent as a good leader can only lead if he has a clear picture of the affairs of his household. Remember; a good father can lead correctly if He follows the Lord completely.

He must be strong - The father should be the last to give up. Let's accept the fact na mahirap talaga ang mabuhay. Trials, problems, sickness, troubles, uncertainty etc. are always present in this world. Walang perpektong formula sa buhay na ito dahil hindi natin alam ang bukas. Sabi nga laging may pagsubok, at isang katangian ng isang tatay ang katatagan. He should be strong in handling life's trials. A good father always looks at the bright side of life.He should learn from past mistakes. Always gives hope at strength sa tahanan niya kasi siya ang kakapitan ng kanyang asawa at mga anak sa mga mahihirap na sitwasyon ng buhay. He should protect his household emotionally, mentally at physically. Yes a father cries sometimes, he sometimes waver at bumibigay pero hindi ibig sabihin nun na susuko na siya..minsan pag sobrang hirap ng sitwasyon a father rest but it doesn't mean that he quits. Wala sa bokabularyo ng isang tunay na ama ang pagsuko dahil walang expiration ang pagiging tatay.

Tandaan; magiging matatag lamang ang ama kung sa Diyos naka angkla.
